A screening of of short films “Emerging Artists – Contemporary experimental films and video art from Germany”

A screening of  short films “Emerging Artists – Contemporary experimental films and video art from Germany” will take place at Art Center “NOASS” on Friday, 14th of July at 20:00.

With “Emerging Artists – Contemporary Experimental Films and Video Art From Germany” AG Kurzfilm – German Short Film Association and German Films present the third edition of their program dedicated to short experimental works of young German artists.

Before the screening of the selected films the director Aleksandar Radan will give introduction words about the  program and his own short film “”In Between Identities”

Selected films are:

•    “SURFACE GLAZE” by Lotte Meret Effinger
•    “SOMETHING ABOUT SILCENCE”  by Patrick Buhr
•    “PLATEAU” by Vanessa Nica Mueller
•    “MY BBY 8L3W” by Art Collective “NEOZOON”
•    “LUCKY” by Ines Christine Geißer, Kirsten Carina Geißer
•    “MOON BLINK” by Rainer Kohlberger

The films were selected by well known representatives of German Film Festivals: Alfred Rotert (European Media Art Festival Osnabrück), Giovanna Thiery (Stuttgarter Filmwinter – Festival for Expanded Media), Insa Wiese (International Short Film Week Regensburg), Gerhard Wissner (Kassel Documentary Film and Video Festival) und Anne Turek (AG Kurzfilm), who curated the program with eight works from more than 120 submissions.
