Double-edged

This original collaborative performance from Elizabete Balčus and Jean Bonichon (FR) is born from an attempt to combine music and visual art. A radical and simple action from Jean Bonichon introduce a rhythm, a base on where Elizabete Balčus compose a free interpretation with her transverse flute. The weight of the physical act and of the effort is balanced by the lightness and the agility of the instrument sound in a strange harmony. This proposition creates a poetic bridge between Latvia and France by the way of art.
