You can still apply for artist in Residence places in 2015!

Culture and Arts Project NOASS welcomes artists to use an opportunity to spend one to three months in Riga, working on their artistic work and enjoying the beauty of the biggest city in Baltic states.

We offer artists a  possibility to stay in a fully equipped studio type apartment in the historical center of Riga. Besides the team of NOASS is here to help you with getting to know the local cultural scene and prepare a  presentation/ exhibition of your project to audience of Riga.

Artists, writers, curators and art critiques are  welcomed to apply for the program.

Most of the costs of the stay, should be covered by artists themselves or by additional funding.
